Thank you for booking my vacation house thru VRBO. Your check-in date is getting closer. I hope you’ll have a blast on your stay. Just a reminder, there’s a 5,000 pesos CASH DEPOSIT as security fee that will be given upon check-in and will be returned on your check-out day. This will be returned in full as long as the house, furniture, appliances and fixtures has no loss or damage. Check in time is 4:00PM and Check out time is 11:00AM. In regards with wet market, there’s a talipapa, Palengke or Wet-market nearby and it’s only 3mins drive. Establishments like groceries, Supermarket, Jollibee, Mc Donald’s, Restaurants, Drugstores,Banks like Metrobank, BDO and other stores are 10mins drive away from the house..House inclusions: amenities like, Billiards, Vidoeke with 75inches flat screen TV with Bose surround hifi speakers, Alexa speakers, internet, Basketball court, swimming pool, fridge, gas stove, filtered water, rice cooker, microwave oven,coffee maker with coffee bean grinder, griller, Alexa surround speaker system, indoor and outdoor surround sound system, ice maker, water heater, hot shower with bath towels, bath soap, toothbrush, hotel slippers, tissue paper, and with two small hut (Cabana’s)beside the pool with TV. There’s a 24hour helper/care-taker can assist you thru your stay. They will assist you where to find the switches of the lights, pool fountain, videoke, basketball court lights, assist in grilling. The house is complete with cooking utensils, cookware, filtered water, silverware, fridge, microwave, gas stove, oven, SMEG coffee maker, SMEG coffee grinder, SMEG bread toaster, water heater, rice cooker, bath soap, bath towels, hotel slippers, toothbrush, tissue paper and griller w/ coal included.
The house is equipped with outdoor/garden surround speakers and indoor centralized sound system powered by Alexa echo-dot.
Other entertainment facilities are Billiards, drumset, videoke, swimming pool, basketball court and wifi.
Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property, injury, disability or fatality even death arising from whatsoever reasons while exercising or playing in the swimming area.
Guests swim at their own risk and management will not be responsible for any injuries while using the facilities.
There’s a 24hour CCTV cameras inside the common areas and outside the property for security purposes.
