Laki Minguillo was a very down-to-earth grandfather, public figure, a baker of kakanins and a farmer who wanted to surround his home with different garden flowers, plants and fruit trees. Today those trees continue to nourish his children and grandchildren as they pay tribute to him and his ancestral home by calling it 'Casa Minguillo'.
