The Accommodation
Our guest villa is located on our private, secure, gated property in the friendly Barangay of Bil-isan. The beautiful, contemporary designed house, built to European standards, spans 300 well-designed square meters. Upstairs, there is a huge master bedroom with king size bed and ocean view, a guest bedroom with two twin beds and a luxurious bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there is a second guest bedroom with a twin bed, a spacious living room with flat screen cable TV, a lovely dining area with ocean view, a fully equipped Western style Kitchen and a full bathroom with shower. The Villa has aircons in every bedroom. There are no AIRCONS in the living area but very large windows that allow for a cool ocean breeze. Outside offers a relaxing patio with a second dining area that is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or tea, relax after spending time in the pool or ocean, or enjoy a sunset dinner. Also outside the villa is our beautiful chlorine-free pool, manicured gardens and barbecue areas, fireflies in the treetops at night and stunning 180 degree sea views.
