Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Ms. Ruth communicated clearly when they would come to change towels & sheets. She responded to any requests in a timely manner. The house was very clean and well maintained. I liked how there were extra mats and linens for the mats in case they were used. In our case, we used them as an extra cushion on top of the sofa bed downstairs. We liked how there was a lot of space downstairs so we could store our luggage since we couldn't carry them upstairs.

Negative: It would be better if we had 2 sets of keys to the house (mainly the small gate & main door). When we each had our own outings, it was inconvenient to coordinate handing off the house keys. For example my cousin left for breakfast but I wasn't leaving until 11 AM so I locked up. But since I left the house later, I would return home later. So my cousin had to coordinate and go out of her way to come to me to get the keys just so she could get into the house. The stairs are quite steep for seniors so our senior member had to sleep on the sofa bed downstairs to avoid going up & down the stairs. It was also too steep to carry our luggage so we kept our luggage downstairs and just carried up what we needed. We're used to using a gas stove so it took some time to learn how to use the electric stove. Perhaps provide instructions on how to use it for the next guests.

Summary: Overall our stay was pleasant and comfortable.
