Summary: We needed beds for 6 people. We were given two cots, one didn't even have a mattress. There were a couple little bugs we would see that resembled small cockroaches. The biggest complaint was the pool attendant wouldn't let us use the pool because they said residents had exclusive use during Christmas Eve and Christmas, even though there were no people there. This information was not given to use before we booked our stay. We assumed we would have pool access.
