Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Located in Bacong, near the city of Dumaguete and Sibulan airport. Short distance to Dauin for beach, snorkel and trips to Apo. Close to road to Valencia for waterfalls. Nice front and back porch. Owners helpful and attentive providing drinking water, garbage collection and some toiletries. Easy to reach through message. Still new in renting the place for tourists.

Negative: Bedsheets not matching, mattresses thin and old, the property is not properly fenced and people can enter the premises to cut bamboo early morning, not cemented road and very narrow for big cars to reach, not clean enough (windows, curtains, mosquito nets), dimm lights in rooms, limited kitchen utensils, no mirrors in comfort rooms, the garden wasn’t well maintained until we ask for it… In general, the price is high for what you get: the place has filipino standards, not western.
