Summary: Just okay co’z near to BİR, SSS office and MRT station but when it comes to cleanliness not really good I saw a small cockroaches everyday in my entire stay for 19 days in the morning on top of the fridge, bathroom, countertop, microwave I guess it’s not the unit the entire building because I heard one of the renter also complained about the cockroach on her unit as well. The hallway is smell really bad and also the elevator the only smell good and clean is the first floor the front desk or the lobby that’s all overall I’m not recommending the place to all my family and friends.
