Positive: Location and value for money

Negative: It's too hot to stay for longer than a night, fan is too loud. Bathroom is literally falling apart and drainage for the shower is non existent so you end up with puddle of water. Owner with family hang out all day in front at the massage shack they have. Although they are not making any scenes and are not big of a deal, it means there is absolutely no privacy and spoils the view
