Summary: From the moment we arrived we felt at home. Noud and his team are spot on with everything. We had room 5 on floor 3 and the view was beautiful of the limestone casts and the sea. The young lady who spoke English was an absolute star from check in, trip booking, waitress, housekeeping and anything else we wanted. We don't eat garlic so eating out in the Philippines can be quite a challenge. After discussing this, the chef adapted the menu for us by cooking to order and the food was lovely. Airport transfers were arranged easily too. The pool area is in nice condition and great to cool off in. The location makes it easy to walk down to the beach, restaurants and shops. Trikes are plentiful if you don't want to walk. We always ate in Mansion Buenavista. On our last day we had an early flight before breakfast was served and they made us a packed breakfast to take to the airport. It showed such kindness and we really appreciated it. Thank you to the whole team who work hard to give their guests an amazing stay. We would highly recommend Mansion Buenavista and it will be our first choice if we can make it back to El Nido in the future.
