Summary: We checked in with a newborn baby because of unforeseen circumstances at the condo we’re staying at. Since summit magnolia was the nearest and most reasonable rate we decided to book there, upon settling in we saw a big cockroach run from under the couch. We tried to kill it but it ran under the bed. When i told reception they didn’t seem to know what to do, especially since i told them bug spray is not an option since we have a newborn. She said she’ll have housekeeping check. When housekeeping finally arrived he said he’ll come back with bug spray which i again told him we have an infant. I suggested that we change our room. They gave us a handicap room where the bathroom floods when you shower. Also when i wanted to use the kettle, there was a disgusting looking residue on the spout. Cleanliness in this hotel is not priority
