This is a studio of 65sq.mtrs, built at 780 mtrs height and is sorrounding from many platans trees.Platans trees are all around the place companionship with the streems full of water all the year.In this large room(studio) there are: a queen size bed,the living room,the kitchen and the w.c.The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge,electric stove and hoven and every thing else you might need.There is also a closet and a wooden stove for the cold nights in the winter, plenty of woods at your disposal.It is a location next to the mountains and very closed to the sea(20 min.far away).This house is ideal to enjoya trully quiet and homely atmosphere.You will get some rest,sleep very deeper than ever,before the birds, sorrounding the place,wake you up.You can go for walking,explore the Monasteries around and taverns.Also there alot of nice beaches for swiming(Akrata's beach,Egira's or in Derveni as well).There at these towns you will find everything s.markets,cafe bars,clubs and any other store for shopping.The house will be at your full disposal with out any disturbance.For you convenience I meet the quests at Derveni or Akrata and I quide them to the house.
