On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a large living room with a lounge area (TV), a fully equipped separate kitchen (oven, microwave, etc.), and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), and the other with three single beds (90cm). A bright bathroom with a large shower completes the ground floor.
