Summary: I rentented a room at this property for 6 nights. The day i arrived the AC was off, so the room was super hot. It would have been thoughtful to cool the room prior to our arrival. The room itself was very nice in comparison for what is available in Dalaguete. And the view the property provides is absolutely amazing. However, i struggled with comfort. If you require a cool room to sleep you may struggle at this location. I could not get the temperature to fall below 24 Celsius. The hotel did provide us with a standing fan. In addition, there is no daily turn down service. This hotel has a lot of potential, they must replace the tiny Air conditioner with a better quality unit and consider room preparation prior to guests arriving.
