Beautiful custom built 3 bedroom, 2 bath tri-level beach home featuring magnificent 180 degree ocean views, a main level terrace, and a roof level patio. Master bedroom features a king bed and en suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms have a queen, a double and a single bed.
The floor plan is very open and light. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and pots and pans, coffee maker and linens. There is a dishwasher, toaster oven, blender and microwave. Gas BBQ is available.
Las Gaviotas feels like a small Mediterranean village. Established in 1973, this gated community has 24 hour guards and is one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline on all of Baja.
