Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: I really liked the interior design and how neat and elegant the place looked. The location was excellent, very central and close to everything I wanted to visit. The lobby staff were very kind and helpful. The elevators were fast, which I appreciated, and the balcony view was lovely. The bed was also very comfortable and the host was kind.

Negative: While the unit looked elegant, I felt that the cleaning could be more thorough. There was an odor coming from the trash bin under the sink and some trash left in the bathroom bin upon arrival. Also there were many cockroaches coming out from the ceilings and walls, which was quite stressful for me, so I had to purchase insect spray. The humidifier appeared to need cleaning as well. Additionally, the room fragrance smelled nice at first, but it was very strong and became uncomfortable for my nose over time. I may be a bit sensitive, but it would have been better if the scent was lighter. Lastly, having a kitchen knife available would be a helpful addition for guests.

Summary: The place looked elegant and was well-located, but cleanliness issues affected my overall experience.
