Summary: Friendly staff. Great location for access to central places. Had to pay 500 pesos for a small refrigerator. Had leftovers from a restaurant and was told no food could be brought to the hotel because it has a restaurant and next time would result in a charge. I think this is a terrible policy. The TV had no signal and the staff said I could watch You Tube. I desired to watch English language news. I requested they fix this issue but they did not. In addition, a large puddle occurred in the room overnight. When I reported this the staff seemed unconcerned and stated that it had rained. Shower had so many clogged spouts it directed water all over the floor. Despite these issues, I enjoy this hotel and will stay there again if needed.
