Our terrace has sofa areas to share and enjoy as a family, outdoor dining area, bar and an outdoor patio set. Our terrace is a perfect place to take photos and enjoy the rich breeze of the sea
Guests will have access to the pool located in the Gazebo del Mar which is the main pool located next to the entrance of the apartment complex. Guests have to follow the rules set by the management. (The other pool is for long-term residents and tenants only)

Privileged despite being a penthouse it only requires going up one flight of stairs to get to the apartment. It has 2 parking lots very close to the entrance of the apartment. Gated complex with 24/7 security.
