Positive: Staff was very accommodating. They arranged our boat for island hopping, served nice selection of dinner, helped booked a body massage service and van transport. Beds were also comfortable and clean

Negative: One of the double bedrooms has faulty air conditioner and would be good to improve some of the toilets - sink in the family room with 4 beds and room 1 has water coming through the roof when raining
