The history of ISTIA LUXURY VILLAS started from our need to create a space that offers generously unpretentious luxury, aesthetic peace and enchanting images always in absolute function and harmony with the environment of our island. The location of the buildings and the combination of colors, the blue of the sea, the blue of the sky and the green of nature, offer a really calm and unforgettable vacation, creating in the tenant the feeling of absolute relaxation, but at the same time offering luxury cosmopolitan vacations
The Space:
The complex consists of four luxury villas of 95 sq.m. each one, extremely careful both in terms of their architecture and equipment. All villas have sea views, pool views and garden views. In addition, they have ample private parking. Each villa is built on 3 floors, with comfortable and furnished areas, 2 bedrooms, living room and dining room, 2 fully equipped bathrooms and kitchen. Special emphasis has been placed on the sleeping comfort of the occupants with the use of the luxurious handmade mattresses of the New York brand Kluft.
All villas have views and direct access to a large private pool. The private pool is completely ecological, as the salt electrolysis system is used, which is currently the most complete disinfection method in the world, making the use of chlorine unnecessary.

The Neighborhood:
It is located next to the forest, on the elevated slope of the hill, offering a unique panoramic view of the sea, the forest and the capital of the island Pigadia, views of an excellent surrounding area with many gardens and stone paths, with a wide variety of aromatic plants and trees that exceeds 300 different species and absolute tranquility. The combination of all these gives the tenants an unprecedented accommodation experience that will travel the senses, the heart, the thought and the soul.
It is built at the foot of an ancient temple called Istia, which is directly accessible to the residents of the complex. Istia temple dates back to the archaic period and was dedicated to the goodness Aphrodite, the goodness of love, beauty and fertility according to Greek mythology.
