Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Bed was comfortable and staff were very accommodating and nice.

Negative: The rooms are sub par. No phones for room service you have to walk down to reception. The pool was under maintenance so couldn’t be used. We were there while there was a tropical storm so the generator was turned off on numerous occasions throughout the day as was WiFi.

Summary: Safe and clean with good staff but not up to standard.
