Positive: rooms are superrrr clean!!!! the entire house is also clean…it has ref, microwave and utensils that u would need..u can access all the stuff u can see in the house..ate jona the caretaker is sooo kind…she would cook different kinda of breakfast everyday…she is so warm and caring!!!! best experience in batanes
