It comfortably fits up to 6 persons—a queen-sized bed and a single bed with a pull-out bed, with several couches. For time well-spent with more friends and family, with pre-approval from the building admin, you can host your party of 6 or less at the building’s resort-like pool or reserve the karaoke room or have it at the function hall (extra fees apply).

Other things to note
As this is a residential place, guests are expected to comply to the rules of the condominium. Pls keep your noise to a minimum.

Only light cooking is allowed in the unit. We have rice cooker, microwave and stove (with some pans, knife, chopping board and ladle - we apologize if there's anything you might need that we don't but you can ask us if we can accommodate).

This is not a hotel but a residential unit. Please help maintain the cleanliness of the unit by disposing your trash regularly. Garbage area is located at the basement (1 to 5) but use the service elevator only (label can be found on top of the elevator).

Please take note: If your stay will be dependent on connectivity because of your work, I am afraid I cannot guarantee. Connectivity or connection is beyond my control. I can help check status with my internet provider but I am dependent on their response, as well. Rest assured though that on good connectivity days, Internet connection has worked.

Parking space for guests is available at basement 5. (separate cost to be paid the parking attendant)
