All the windows in our apartment are soundproofed to ensure peace and quiet and a good night’s sleep. Apartments here usually have very thin windows through which you can hear traffic quite loudly.
Since we get a lot of questions about this 😉—you can also hear the mosque very faintly through the windows, but it’s not a problem.
Since the apartment faces east, you don’t get the hot afternoon sun. As a rule, it’s therefore sufficient to use fans or open the windows for ventilation, which results in relatively low electricity consumption.
There is an additional special water filter for the entire apartment, as well as another drinking water filter in the kitchen. This is a unique feature here, so you don’t necessarily have to buy drinking water at the supermarket.
