Newly remodeled kitchen including air fryer and microwave. Full bathroom with shower! Living room with 2 Futon couches and a TV with cable, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video. Relaxing Patio area with family table and 8 comfortable chairs to enjoy quiet mornings and delicious meals. 45 minutes from a family fun water park, Hacienda Negron. Local food truck right up the street with amazing authentic Puerto Rican food! Shopping centers 5 minutes away!! Many restaurants and vendors within 15 minutes. 1 hour from San Juan!!!! Fast WiFi in home with plenty of parking! Free roaming goats, sheep, roosters, turkey, and horses within the mountain and sometimes the yard of the home.
