For reservations of 20 days & more: You are required to have us clean the unit mid-stay or at least once a month. This is to ensure that our home is properly maintained. You will directly pay our cleaning staff ₱1,000 to cover labor & laundry. Your linens & towels will be replaced.
For 20 days stay & more stays: Utilities are included but the electricity bill must not exceed ₱5,000 per month. Any excess shall be at your own cost.
