the guests. It is a modern type apartment and each unit is furnished with our own personal touch. What makes it special is that the privacy of the guests since it is a compound where they will only be with fellow guests from other units. The property is 5 mins from City Mall, 3 mins from St. Paul, 15 mins from the downtown, 20 mins from the public market. And just a few mins away from the port and airport. You would only use mainly "pedicab" to move your way around the city.

Summary: We Loved staying here! Clean, quiet, well maintained, secure, safe, and cozy. We didn't want to stay at a hotel, and we weren't interested in an all-inclusive resort type place. I was in Dumaguete to help plan our wedding and get married. We just needed a "home" in the city for a month so we could be close to everything, and this place was perfect!Tucked away at the end of a private cul-de-sac. Efficiency living at its finest without sacrificing comfort. Close to everything in the city. Walking distance to City Mall and the beach boulevard. And there are multiple full-service laundry businesses right by the apartments, so laundry wasn't an issue. Rose may even have someone who could handle laundry services as well, but we didn't ask her about that because the other laundry service businesses were so close by. The apartment was as advertised and there were no "gotcha" issues with the property whatsoever. Fantastic internet connection which was important to my stay because I work remotely. Rose was awesome! Great communication, quick response, very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed meeting and interacting with her and her sister Kat. The Completado Apartments felt like my new home in Dumaguete. I will be reaching out to Rose first from now on when I have to stay in Dumaguete.I highly recommend these apartments. Rose was a delight to interact with.
