Summary: Was given a standard room instead of the superior room that i booked. Booking was allocated for 2 people instead of the 4 on my booking confirmation. Refered this to the front desk staff and I thought a room upgrade would come BUT IT NEVER DID. The lifts were stupid slow. 3 lifts but only 2 in service and then only 1 on a lot of the time. Going to appointments it was better to use the fire stairs to make sure you would get there on time. It would be a bit hard to recomend
