This floor is not airconditioned but due sliding glass doors, which open to the balcony on two sides providing both views of the pool and countryside including the Mount Banahaw volcano. This area gets ventilation from outside and is therefore the coolest part of the house.
Both upper floors are equipped with lockable security grills and CCTV cameras overlooking the pool and road outside.
