Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The food and certain employees were very helpful in finding infos about the ferry and how to get to the pier.

Negative: We had to fight to get the room we booked. Also, the staff at the reception and at the restaurant were not at all helpful when we asked for help the next morning.
