Positive: The location is great, you will get the best view and access to the beach. Sunset view is nice. We went on a rainy day but we still enjoyed the view.

Negative: The property lacks visibility from the road especially if you get there at night. Rooms were not properly maintained

Summary: Great location, not so good facilities, could be improved for guests comfortable stay.
