Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Breakfast was not offered. Hot water for shower was excellent and aircon cold for bedroom and living area. Digital stovetop offers quick cooking. Lots of natural incoming daylight. The caretaker Lhen was quick to respond to our needs. Transportation was cheap using sidecar/timbol to malls. Visit Palengke (seafood and vegetables were fresh). BTW, we did not see a single cockroach!
Negative: Trash a few meters from building. We had no water in bathroom for a couple of nights temporarily, however Lhen our caretaker solved the problem right away ensuring our comfort. TV remote control not working. Probably a battery issue. No washing machine in the penthouse where we stayed, but there is a laundry service on site.
Summary: Excellent accommodation as we extended our stay several nights. Thank you Lhen.
