Summary: We always stay here when we're in Marikina visiting relatives. By European standards it is nothing more than a bed for the night. There is no resaurant but there are a couple of cafe type places and a 7-11 outside where you can get coffee and other bits and pieces. We were on the ground floor this time and there was constant noise through the night from reception. On first night we were able to connect to wifi but there was no internet, so neither phones nor TV worked properly. (There seems to be some refurb work going on). Maintenance guys sorted it out next day. Got charged an extra 500php because the wife got foundation on the towels which they claimed would not wash out. (A bit cheeky but not worth fighting over.) Room was clean and spacious, aircon worked and a hot shower was available (not gauranteed in Philippines). Staff usually polite and helpful but some knowledge of Tagalog will help you here. Fairly typical budget hotel for those not staying in uptown Manila.
