Positive: 1. Beds ok, enough for 3/4 people

Negative: 1. Check in was SO INCONVENIENT. -So hard to communicate with staff in Malay or English - already parked car, then later got instructions from staff about free parking and where to go etc. - didnt send instructions PRIOR to stay -high deposit - need to proof ic, video/photo of checkout so annoying 2. BATHROOM clean but smelled bad when we checked in
