Summary: B Hotel team are excellent i.e. from professionalism, quality of service ,customer care ( sense of urgency) from front desk ( Pearl and Carlos), all the restaurant crews ( breakfast), bell boy as well as the security guards - very attentive and respectful. These attributes surely makes B Hotel worth praising . Thank you B Hotel team and keep up the good job.
