Positive: Nostalgica! One of Sagada's original Guesthouses. It's been around for decades. I stayed here about 30 years ago. I booked the cheapest room I could find. One of the basic old style rooms. There are some much better rooms as well now. The room was clean and had charging outlets. The common bathrooms were clean enough, and had a hot shower, but shelves and things could do with a good scrub.Superb location, right by Sagada's main junction, and the bus stops. Loved the big furnished covered terrace overlooking the junction. Sadly there's no longer a restaurant, but there are convenience stores next door. The WiFi was good.

Negative: Feels overpriced for what you are getting though.
