Positive: The staff here are exceptional! Incredibly friendly, welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, and proactive. They greeted us by name every day, and were always there to assist with queries. They also easily helped us book on to tours A & C (both amazing) and also coordinated our airport transfers. Everything ran seamlessly. They truly made our stay an enjoyable one. In addition to that, the hotel is in an excellent location in the heart of the town and walkable to bars, cafes, restaurants etc. The hotel was clean, modern, and had good amenities in the room. But our favourite part about this hotel is the rescue hotel dog, GG! She is the loveliest and sweetest dog and the hotel are proud to share her rescue story. Don’t worry if you’re not a dog person, she is not intrusive and is usually sound asleep or welcoming cuddles :) I would strongly recommend this hotel!

Negative: Only one small thing - we were given flannels and hand towels in our bathroom but these were not automatically refreshed daily. However, the staff will do this if you ask. The room was very clean but bathroom items were not always replenished, but this is not a big issue as the staff will do it and you are also very close to shops for anything you need.

Summary: Just excellent - we loved it!
