Positive: Location was excelent with everthing i could want or need in walking distance 7 eleven mc donalds pharmacy grocery ktv mechanic shops banks you name it.... But most of all the staff was very polite and avalible if ever i needed assistance.I would go back!

Negative: Noticed from outside building has a double open rooftop overlooking cavite would be nice do my ktv right on site :) instead of walking to another venu.

Summary: All in all if your visiting cavite long term or short term and looking for a economical base station
