The space
Brand new unit in the Uptown Parksuites Tower 2 occupying a middle floor with 2 full bedrooms, 1 small bonus bedroom, and 2.5 bathrooms, wrapping the corner of 38th St. and 8th ave, with fantastic views of the Makati skyline, Ortigas skyline, Kalayaan Bridge, and Antipolo mountains in the distance.
Newly renovated with chic insta-worthy details throughout the home. Distinguishing features include thoughtful interior design that places the inhabitant’s comfort and ease first, floor-to-ceiling windows, custom wood paneled hallways and rooms, quartz kitchen counter tops and feature walls, fantastic and abundant lighting from beautiful lighting fixtures in all the rooms, and elegant mirrors adding interest and expansiveness to the space.
