Positive: Location is not bad and relatively close to the whale shark watching area

Negative: Over 200 step steps from the road down to the reception. Not suitable for elderly people or even unfit people

Summary: The king room we stayed in was poorly maintained ; ie leaking toilet, loose water tap, etc and is overpriced
