Positive: The staff especially at the restaurant and life guards at the main pool were very friendly and very polite, with a smile all the time, food was ok, location is nice

Negative: There is a hotel policy that they turn off the AC in the rooms in winter times, and there was a heat wave when we were there which made the temperature rise to about 27 degrees outside of the room and much more inside and we had to sleep with the windows and curtains open which was very uncomfortable and unhealthy because of some mosquitoes, and the problem was that our reservation was prepaid and non refundable so we had to stay for four nights in this situation, booking.com didn’t help us and they only offered 16 dollars as compensation which was very insulting from them

Summary: Friendly staff, nice location, average food quality, but hotel policy regarding AC ruined it
