Summary: My stay at Microtel Batangas was superb! From the time I checked in, my experience was extraordinary. This was not the usual hotel I would choose. However, what makes this hotel great is their staff. Lani, the hotel manager, made me looked into several rooms to choose from to accommodate my needs. Ron Q, the afternoon front desk staff was always available to assist with my needs whether it was food, transportation or extra towel at night. During the day, I was helped by the day shift staff like Sherilene. Prior to my arrival, Hazel helped me too and I like that upon arrival she introduced herself. My room attendant Roy kept my room clean and well stocked with water and coffee everyday. The breakfast staff were great too. The breakfast buffet has decent selection everyday. It is sufficient abd different everyday. One day, I had to leave early and they prepared a togo breakfast for me. That was sweet of the staff to offer. Overall my experience was excellent and I will stay here again if I am in the area. Great value for tte money.
