Guest information, all reserved guests should contact matinloc island resort to arrange a boat schedule before arrival, kindly send us back the needed information through the email/contact number provided: in advance for our reference: please be advised that we do not have any standby boat at the pier or a standby shuttle service at the airport for guests without complete arrival details, rate inclusions:, boat transfer upon arrival and departure, *van transfer upon arrival and departure (el nido lio airport), *free use of snorkeling equipment and kayak at the resort, *complimentary breakfast on the next day, incase you want to have breakfast upon arrival, there will be an additional charge of php 1650 per person. the breakfast will be either plated or buffet style, depending on guest occupancy, extra person charge:, an extra charge will be incurred if the number of guests at check-in exceeds the number specified in the booking. any additional fees will be collected directly at the property. extra beds or baby cots are available upon request. if the number of guests exceeds the maximum occupancy per room, an additional room will be required, adult (11 years old and above): php6,500.00 per person/night, child (7 years old – 10 years old): php5,500.00 per person/night, child (1-year-old – 6 years old): no charge if accompanied by adult(s) (limit to room’s max pax) *no breakfast included for children 1-year-old to 6 years old, eco-tourism development fee, all tourists visiting el nido must pay an eco-tourism development fee of php 400.00 per person, valid for 10 days. this fee funds environmental tourism projects and community-managed protected areas. the fee can be settled in cash at check-in or check-out (additional charges apply for card payments), transportation information, the municipality of el nido palawan can now be accessed through a direct flight from various parts of the philippines. you may check the flight availability and rates through https://air-swift.com/, guests from el nido airport, shared van transfer from the airport on your check-in/check-out date will be provided. please send us your flight details so we can arrange your airport pick up. our representative will meet you at the arrival area of the airport holding a matinloc resort signage. from there, they will assist you in the boat pick-up location and schedule, in case you arrange your own transport; you may proceed to our pick-up location at least 20 to 30 minutes before your preferred boat transfer. our representative will meet you at the reception area of the el nido beach hotel and will assist you to the boat jump-off location, guests from puerto princesa airport, van transfer from puerto princesa city to el nido town takes approximately 5 to 6 hours please let us know should you need assistance in booking a van to go to el nido. private van transfer starts php8,000.00 one way. pick-up will be at the airport upon arrival or in your hotel. please note of our boat transfer schedule when booking a flight from/to puerto princesa airport, free boat transfers schedules & policy, free boat transfer is upon arrival and departure only and kindly note that there are no alternative boats are available before 5:30 am and after 5 pm due to safety regulations enforced by the coast guard, which prohibits travel beyond this period. should you wish to conditions, as well as trips that are not on the above-mentioned schedule. sea travel is subject to weather conditions and beyond 5pm is not allowed in compliance with the philippine coast guard regulations. in case of a fortuitous event or failure to comply with this procedure, the resort shall not be held responsible for failure to avail of the transfer included with the room rate resulting an all-day restaurant that also caters lunch until dinner from our ala carte menus. la playa is open from 7am to 10pm, the resort does not sell nor serve alcoholic drinks. guests may bring their own alcoholic drinks and chips, activities offered, the resort offers different kinds of sea-based activities, tour booking should be arranged 1 day in advance, for group tours there should be at least a minimum of 8 people. complimentary activities within the resort includes snorkeling and kayaking, free access to the infinity pool, gym, karaoke room, free use of board games, dartboard, and table soccer. all sea based excursions are depends on the weather conditions, there is no age limit for the kids on the island hopping tours. we kindly ask parents to consider their participation carefully and that all children must be under the supervision of their parents at all times during the tour. life vests, towels and snorkeling equipments will be provided, settlement, guest can pay through debit/credit card or philippine peso cash upon checkout for incidental charges in the resort. smaller bills and currency exchanges services are limited, restrictions, *guests are not allowed to fly drones in the resort for safety and guest privacy reasons, *guests are not allowed to take shells and corals from the beach. we are protecting our marine life, whoever gets caught bringing any of these things will have a penalty, *no other boats will be allowed to enter the resort except for matinloc resort boats and its affiliates. guests arriving via their own boats, including public boats rented from island tours, are not allowed to enter the property. please note that charges shall be applied to those who are unable to check-in as scheduled including forfeiture for failure to comply with this procedure, cancellation policy, bookings with a nonrefundable cancellation policy cannot be rebooked, modified, or amended once confirmed. in the case of a no-show, cancellation, or shortened stay or the guest is unable to travel on the scheduled check-in date, no refund will be issued, force majeure policy, in case of acts of god, fortuitous events, or any condition beyond our control, matinloc resort shall not be held responsible for failure to deliver services, nor obliged to provide additional services, delays and/or cancelations of flights and/or boat transfers resulting from or related to weather disturbances or as mandated by government authorities are beyond the control of matinloc resort, matinloc resort will not be held responsible for unused rooms or missed flights and no refund will be given on account of these events, guests who are unable to travel from matinloc resort to el nido town on their check-out date will be provided a maximum of 50%
