Summary: Room was in good condition, very courteous staff, food was surprisingly good, walking distance to Trinoma and SM. Asked for a wake up call but didn't get it, took more than half an hour and a follow up call for a bucket of ice, twice. Didn't know SOGO is a "short time " place.
