Summary: We stayed at this hotel for 3 days, and unfortunately the room was not cleaned properly. There were cockroaches in the room, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The TV remote was also missing. Unexpected noises from the building itself and outside like karaoke until dawn. Running children upstairs early morning and late in the evening. We reported these issues and made a complaint during our stay, but we never received any response or assistance from the staff. This lack of cleanliness and poor customer service was disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are seriously addressed.
