Summary: Exceeded expectations in every way. The view was absolutely incredible—but what truly blew us away was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. They were available right outside our door any time we needed something—whether it was a driver, a local recommendation, or anything at all. We felt completely taken care of from start to finish. My son got sick while we were there, and they went above & beyond—bringing medicine, tea, and checking in often to make sure he was okay. They also guided us to authentic local shops, helping us find quality items without overpaying and ensuring we always felt safe. They even connected us with a local guide for the pyramids and nearby sites—he was absolutely amazing! Every recommendation they made was reliable, safe & top-notch. The view of the pyramids from our balcony was unforgettable. We can’t say enough good things—highly, highly recommend!
