Positive: A completely peaceful place to stay, away from the crowd and busy areas. The owner is very responsive and supportive. Fully air-conditioned all spaces. Hot water for the shower is provided. The unit is in pristine condition. Complete kitchen utensils and bathroom accessories. Very affordable price.

Negative: No additional bathroom upstairs. The bedroom in the master is still covered with plastic causing inconvenience or noise during body movements. No drinking water is available. Natural vents for the bathroom, no exhaust fan to quickly remove any unpleasant odors.

Summary: A quiet and peaceful place to stay.
