Summary: The room was a good size and the staff were nice but compared to all the other hotels around, it was really basic but not much cheaper. Access to the beach was disappointing - it was fine, you can walk to the beach easily but everywhere else is beach front and lush whereas here you walk down a path, across a road, down another path, over a bit of rough land and there you get the beach. The food was shockingly bad, especially the a la carte restaurants. Breakfast was okay and the buffet was okayish. Coffee was weak, wine was watered down, bread was dry. It wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t stay again. The favourite part was going for a walk (outside the hotel) along the sea front to Makardi Bay (10km walk).
