Positive: Everything! We enjoyed every beat of our stay. Hotel was above of our expectations shirts of our check out. Panic mode. The receptionist specially Jenny (I think )was very calm, friendly and professional. Check in was so smooth. Food is amazing and pool party!

Negative: they don’t have shuttle to pick and drop to the center. Only until outside of their main gate. The top was, we had book transportation to drop us to the airport form outside travel and tour. We had to leave early around 6:30am, our driver arrived around 6am at the hotel and saying that he beg the security to inform us that his outside waiting but they quite refused security informed him we already check out. And they don’t even search us inside as we are taking our breakfast after checking out at 6pm. The travel and tour staffs calls me several times saying that the driver was waiting outside since 6am. And no one security telling us where is our service. Until we are a bit panic, the driver calls me again saying he was outside and the security doesn’t allow him to go inside to check as they might disturb us luckily he mentioned that he was up waiting. Quite disappointed how they treat other travel and tour transportation they don’t cooperate. Thinking maybe because we ain’t book tru thier hotel.
