Summary: I liked the location of the property, it’s very convenient. I did not like that our room air conditioner broke down the first day (also on our last day). We had to move to another room while it got fixed and staff was gracious about that. Shower water pressure in bathroom is non existent. Also wasn’t happy that our ride (thru the hotel) to the ferry port was a no show. Security guard saved the day by booking alternate ride but we nearly missed our scheduled departure. In house restaurant food was good but service is clueless and tardy.
