Upstairs: mezzanine living room with flat-screen TV, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds). 1 shower room and toilet. Laundry room (washing machine, dryer). Equipment room: children's games, table football, storage space for bicycles, motorcycles, and strollers. Heating: pellet stove if used (consumption at the tenant's expense, [hidden] €7 per 15kg bag, price depending on availability) and electric heaters. Wooden terrace (enclosed).
